How POP CREATOR defines Unlimited image generation, eligible use, concurrency, queuing, temporary rate limits, and prohibited abuse.

This Fair Use Policy applies to Unlimited features offered by POP CREATOR, operated by CURIOMIND LTD. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Our goal is to let creators, marketers, teams, agencies, and studios iterate freely while keeping generation reliable and reasonably available for all customers. This Policy explains what "Unlimited" means and how we respond to sustained usage or abuse.
During an active qualifying Subscription, Unlimited image generation provides:
Unlimited applies only to image models, workflows, resolutions, output quantities, and settings identified as eligible in the product. Eligibility is shown through the plan, model, or generation interface.
Unlimited does not provide:
Additional inputs, additional outputs, premium options, or other extras may still consume Credits. Any charge should be displayed before you submit the request. Video and other non-eligible generations remain credit-based, with the applicable plan discount shown in the product.
Unlimited monthly plans currently allow up to 5 active generations at the same time. Unlimited annual plans currently allow up to 8 active generations at the same time.
Concurrency is the maximum number of active tasks, not a promise that all tasks will start immediately. Additional requests may remain queued until an active task finishes. Processing time can vary based on the selected model, settings, demand, safety review, and third-party provider capacity.
Normal manual use for creative iteration, campaigns, client projects, concept development, and production is permitted, including periods of high-volume work. We do not treat legitimate use as abuse merely because a customer creates many eligible images.
Priority processing means that qualifying paid tasks receive the applicable paid-plan queue treatment under normal operating conditions. It is not a service-level guarantee and remains subject to temporary fair-use measures, safety review, provider outages, and capacity constraints.
If sustained usage materially affects service quality or availability for other customers, we may temporarily:
These measures do not impose a purchased generation-count cap and do not require you to buy additional Credits to restore eligible Unlimited use. We seek to apply them proportionately and only for as long as reasonably needed. Normal access will generally restore automatically as sustained usage or system demand decreases.
Where practicable, the product will indicate when a request is queued or temporarily limited. If you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly, contact [email protected].
The following uses are outside fair use and may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or termination:
We may act without advance notice where necessary to stop active abuse, protect security, comply with law, or prevent material harm. For less urgent issues, we may provide a warning or request that you change the usage pattern before further action.
AI providers, costs, safety requirements, and capacity change over time. We may add, replace, or remove eligible models and settings. We will seek to preserve the core value of an active Unlimited plan and provide notice where a change materially reduces an active paid benefit and notice is reasonably practicable or required by law.
Unlimited access requires an active qualifying Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewal, but Unlimited access generally remains available until the current paid period ends. Access may end earlier if payment fails, a charge is reversed, the account is suspended, or the Terms are violated.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in models, infrastructure, abuse patterns, plan design, or legal requirements. Material changes to an active paid plan will be handled as described in our Terms of Service.
